Digiarty Software Inc. has updated WinX DVD Ripper Platinum to a great degree. The latest version 7.0 to
be officially released soon was under my review. By trying to use it to rip DVD to my Acer pad, I found this
famous DVD ripper turns to be a faster, smoother and more compatible DVD conversion and backup tool
with totally changed UI.

Step 1: I inserted a DVD (any DVD is OK) to my DVD-ROM, Clicked on “DVD Disc” to import DVD
movie, and then a new smaller window popped up.
Step 2: The output area is divided into several parts: Recently Used Profile, DVD Backup Profile, Device
Profile, Web Video Profile and Common Video / Music Profile. I Chose “Device Profile” option, and click
on “Android Pad” before hitting “to Acer Pad Video”. There are several profiles provided for Acer Iconia
Tabs, and I just selected one suitable for my A510 and clicked on “OK”.
Step 3: I just hit the big round “Start” button to let this DVD ripper begin converting DVD to Acer playable
video. The ripping process was stable and fast. And the output video effect was as good as the original one.
I can simply play DVD video on my Acer pad easily.

offers many customable settings for you, you can change mode, choose output folder, adjust the video audio
parameters, or even merge the file, Crop the video size and so on.
